Mels Health and Wellness provides personalized personal training for women, mainly aged 30–50. We help women feel stronger, healthier, and more confident through fitness programs designed around real life, busy schedules, and different life stages.

Do you offer in-home personal training?
Yes. In-home training is our main service. We come to your home with the necessary equipment so you can train safely and comfortably without travelling to a gym.

Outdoor sessions are also available if you prefer.
​
What if I have injuries or health conditions?
Your safety is a priority. Before training begins, we discuss your medical history, injuries, and concerns. Your program will be adjusted to suit your needs.

If required, we may ask for medical clearance from your doctor or healthcare provider.

Is this suitable if I’ve never exercised before?
Yes. Many clients start with little or no exercise experience. Every session is adapted to your ability and progresses at your pace.

Do I need equipment at home?
No. Basic equipment is provided. If you already have equipment, it can be incorporated into your sessions.

How often do I need to train?
Most clients train 2–3 times per week, depending on their goals, schedule, and recovery needs. This will be discussed during your consultation.

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Flexible payment plans and recurring billing options are available to make training manageable and stress-free.

What areas do you service?
In-home training is available in selected areas around Bintaro and South Tangerang. Please enquire to confirm availability.
